From a self-employed contact;
'i've banked with Barclays for three years now and run a profitable small business in Cardiff.
At a meeting with Ian Ress, the business manager, I have never been made to feel so insignificant. Questioning the charges levied, I was simply brushed aside. The bank also wants upwards if £250 per year for a £1000 overdraft. There are money lenders on the estates who offer a better deal than that!
I'll be taking my account (half a million turnover) elsewhere.'
